Returns, Refunds, Replacement & Exchanges Policy

Part of that satisfaction goes back to aligned expectations, so here's what you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy.
When Returns, Refunds, Replacements and/or Exchanges Are NOT Supported
Returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Many, if not all, of our items include size charts to help you select the best fit, and you can always send us a message via our contact page if you have further questions.
When Refunds or Replacements ARE Supported
We do of course offer the option to get a free replacement or to get a refund on the item price (not including shipping) in the event that you receive a damaged product or there's been a manufacturing error.
To exercise the option to return or exchange an item due to a manufacturing error or due to having received a damaged product, contact us within 30 days of product delivery for a free replacement of or refund for the ordered item that was damaged or contained a manufacturing error.
It is not necessary to return the item in question.
To process a refund or replacement for a damaged item or manufacturing error, we require a photo of the issue at the time of request. This helps us verify the problem and resolve it swiftly for you.
Please note: Requests for replacements or refunds without photo documentation of the issues making the item(s) eligible for a free replacement or refund cannot be processed.
Also please note:
- For items eligible for free replacement, there is no additional shipping fee.
- For eligible items that you opt to get a refund, the refund is for the product price only and doesn't include any expenses associated with shipping or handling.
